This policy explains what AcuRole AI collects when you use acurole.online, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Text you submit. The job description and resume text you paste into the audit tool. This text is sent to our AI provider, Groq, to produce your analysis. We do not keep the resume or job description text after the analysis is complete. [CONFIRM THIS MATCHES YOUR CONFIGURATION.]
- Usage events. When analytics is allowed, we record that a visit started, how long it lasted, whether the visitor interacted with the page, the visitor's country, and whether they clicked an upgrade button.
- Hashed network identifier. We use a hashed form of your IP address to count daily uses and limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address. [CONFIRM.]
- License key. If you buy a Pro or Lifetime pass, your license key is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your plan.
- Purchase and contact details. Payments are handled by Gumroad. We receive the license and purchase details needed to activate your plan. Enterprise inquiries include the name, email, and message you send us.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage to keep the site working, such as remembering your plan and your cookie choice. If you accept analytics on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and record the usage events described above. If you decline, we don't load analytics and we don't record visit events. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.
3. How we use your information
- To produce resume analyses and enforce daily usage limits.
- To activate and verify paid plans.
- To understand which pages are useful and fix problems.
- To respond to enterprise and support requests.
- To protect the service from abuse.
4. Who we share information with
- Groq: processes the text you submit for analysis.
- Gumroad: processes payments and license records.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and the service that runs the audit.
- Google Analytics: only if you accept analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. How long we keep information
- Resume and job description text: not kept after the analysis. [CONFIRM.]

6. Your choices
- Decline analytics on the cookie banner, or change it later in Cookie Settings.
- Clear your browser's local storage to remove your saved license key on that device.

7. Security
The site uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee complete security, so avoid pasting information you don't need the analysis to use, such as your full address or national ID number.
8. Children
AcuRole AI is not intended for children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
10. Terms of use
- The analysis is a guide for editing your resume. It is not a guarantee of interviews, hiring decisions, or any employer's screening result.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit and for the resume you send to employers.
- Daily limits apply to each plan. Paid plans are described on the Pricing page.
- Do not use the service to submit content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to use.
- The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. [CONFIRM WITH A LAWYER.]
